White Bear Events is now accepting applications from businesses and individuals interested in serving as food or novelty vendors at the 2026 Manitou Days Grande Parade. Scheduled for Friday, June 19,2026, this beloved community event draws more than 8,000 residents and visitors to downtown White Bear Lake each year.
Vendors play an important role in creating a festive, welcoming atmosphere for parade‑goers, and we’d love to consider your business for this year’s lineup. Space is limited, and all applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced and enjoyable experience for attendees.
Terms & Conditions
Application Requirements
All vendors must pay the $125 Application Fee to participate in the Manitou Days Grande Parade. Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance and all applicable licenses.
All supporting documentation should be emailed to parade@manitoudays.com upon submission of the application.
Application Timeline
White Bear Events will accept and review vendor applications until May 31, 2026. Applications received after May 31 are subject to a $25 late fee and will be considered only if space permits. Preference is given to local and long‑standing vendors.
A confirmation email will be sent upon approval. Set‑up information will be mailed in early June.
Sales & Tax Requirements
All Manitou Days Grande Parade vendors are responsible for remitting sales tax to the State of Minnesota. Please contact the Minnesota Department of Revenue for additional information.
Insurance & Indemnity
All Manitou Days Grande Parade vendors agree to hold, the Manitou Days Parade Committee, White Bear Events and the City of White Bear Lake and any of their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers or sponsors harmless from all liabilities and claims.
Vendors are fully responsible for:
Insuring their own actions and property
Security and storage of their items
Handling and safeguarding their own cash
Neither White Bear Events nor the City of White Bear Lake is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Warranties
White Bear Events will make every effort to orchestrate a successful parade; however, we cannot guarantee attendance levels, weather conditions, sales, or any circumstances beyond our control.
