Our Rental Options Include:

How it Works:

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

• Payment: The remaining balance is due in full seven (21) days prior to the scheduled delivery or installation date.
• Credit Card Authorization: By signing, the Customer authorizes Complete Outdoor to charge the card on file for any outstanding balances, missing items, or damage fees.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued on a sliding scale based on the notice provided:

• 7+ days notice: 50% of the total rental amount is due.
• 3-6 days notice: 75% of the total rental amount is due.
• Less than 3 days notice: 100% of the total rental amount is due; no refunds will be issued

3. SITE PREPARATION & STAKING

• Underground Utilities: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to have all underground facilities (gas, water, electric, cable) clearly marked by 811 (Dig Safe) at least 72 hours before installation. Complete Outdoor is not liable for damage to unmarked lines.
• Site Condition: The installation site must be clear of obstacles, debris, and animal waste prior to our arrival. Additional labor fees may apply if our crew must clear the site.
• Staking Clearance: Pole tents require an additional 10-12 feet of clearance around the perimeter for proper staking and tensioning.

4. WEATHER & SAFETY

• Temporary Structures: Tents are temporary structures and are not safe shelters during severe weather.
• Evacuation: In the event of high winds (30+ mph), lightning, or heavy snow, the tent must be evacuated immediately.

Weather Liability: The Customer assumes all weather-related risks. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

5. EQUIPMENT CARE & USE

• Prohibited Items: No cooking, open flames, or heaters are permitted under or within 10 feet of the tent without prior written approval.
• Adhesives & Alterations: Do not use tape, staples, nails, or tacks on the tent vinyl or poles. Any damage resulting from adhesives will result in a full replacement fee.
• Cleaning: All tables and chairs must be folded and stacked as delivered. All trash and decorations must be removed from the tent before the scheduled pickup time.

6. LIABILITY & DAMAGE

• Damage Waiver: A non-refundable 5% damage waiver is included in all contracts to cover minor wear and tear. This does NOT cover mysterious disappearance, theft, or damage due to negligence.
• Indemnification: The Customer agrees to hold Complete Outdoor harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use or presence of the rental equipment.
