Terms & Conditions
By completing this online registration, you are stating that you have read the Waiver/Hold Harmless Agreement, you agree and acknowledge that:
1) You are an owner or representative of the vehicle(s) listed in this form.
2) Your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document.
3) By signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
5) I assume all risk of bodily injury or property damage that myself, and associated with my vehicle, may incur while participating in Motors & Rotors.
6) I agree that I am liable for all guests associated with my registered vehicle(s).
8) Acknowledge that you have read and understand the General Rules & Regulations listed above.
I hereby irrevocably, for myself, my spouse, my child, my heirs, executors, administrator and assigns do hereby expressly and forever release and agree to hold harmless the City of East Wenatchee, Pangborn Memorial Airport, Chelan-Douglas Regional Port Authority, Wenatchee Valley's Super Oval, all sponsors and all directors, from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the participation of myself, my spouse, my child, or any third party in Motors & Rotors.
