Vehicle Registration

Advance Registration Entry Fee is $45. $50 beginning Friday, June 5. 2XL/3XL/4XL Shirts $5.00 additional. Fee includes T-Shirt, Dash Plaque, Goody Bag & Burger Burn on Friday evening. $30 for additional vehicles ($35 on June 5&6) to be judged (no shirt with 2nd vehicle) (“Additional” written at top of Registration Form).

Award Categories: Best of Show, Participant’s Top 20, Spectator’s Favorite 5, Best Ford Product, Best GM Product, Best Chrysler Product, Best Orphan, Best Truck Pre 1949, Best Truck 1949 & Newer, Best Import, Best Original/Restored Pre 1949, Best Original/Restored 1949 - 80, Best Modified Pre 1949, Best Modified 1949 - 80, Best 1980-Present, Best Convertible, Best Body & Paint, Best Interior, Best Special Interest, Mayor’s Choice, Trevor Tinkel State Farm Favorite Red Car, Top 5 Host Club (Host Volunteer Cars Judged separately).

Liability Release:

The applicant agrees to release the Rim Country Cruisers Charitable Trust, volunteers, and anyone else connected with this event from any damage, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause that may occur to any participant in this event or by any spectator. The applicant is fully responsible for damage caused by their vehicle(s), pop-ups, chairs, and pets. Vehicles are to be insured as required by law. Canopy owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their canopy. 

Photos taken at the show and related events may be used for promotional purposes
