If accepted,
- I, the applicant, and my personal representatives, assigned successors, heirs, and executors, do hereby release, indemnify, waive, hold harmless and forever discharge Banning Lewis Ranch, as well as their agents, officers, employees, members, and volunteers for any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments (including costs and expenses) and any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from damages of all kinds, theft, costs, property loss, bodily injury, or death that I might sustain as a result of my participation in or otherwise arising out of my activity at the Banning Lewis Ranch Summer Concert and Community Market Series.
- To comply with all the representations of this application and with all the conditions and deadlines set forth in the rules and regulations sent to me with this application.
- I am solely and legally responsible for my equipment, people and product.
- I agree to be respectful of the historical landmark that we are using and that all trash is disposed of or recycled, and nothing is left behind. The vendor space will be returned in the condition it was found.
- To use my best efforts to present a high-quality product or service and to cooperate with Banning Lewis Ranch in assuring that this year's series will have the least impact to the environment and generally be amazing!
