Thank you for your interest in bringing your activity or attraction to AnimeVerse Fest: Humble.
We’re always looking for creative, engaging experiences that enhance the fun and community spirit of the event — from maid cafés and craft corners to gaming demos, workshops, and themed activities.
We’re excited to see what unique experience you’ll bring to AnimeVerse Fest!
Terms & Conditions
Please note:
- Submitting this form does not guarantee approval or placement.
- Activities will be reviewed based on space availability, safety, and attendee engagement.
- Approved hosts are responsible for supplying necessary staff, materials, and setup unless otherwise arranged with the event team.
- If your activity involves special equipment, live demonstrations, or food service, additional requirements or permits may apply.
Approved activities must follow all venue and event policies regarding safety, conduct, and accessibility.
Applications will be reviewed by our programming and logistics team. You will receive an email once your submission has been reviewed.
Applications will be accepted up until 1 month before the show.
Once you are granted approval, you may submit requests to capture specific content.
Activation staff and personel are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manor and to follow all convention policies outlined on our convention website.
