About the application

The Foodie Fest is a community-driven event celebrating autism awareness, acceptance, and inclusion through food, conversation, and connection.

We welcome organizations, providers, and businesses whose work supports autistic individuals, neurodivergent communities, and their families in meaningful, respectful, and empowering ways.

This application helps us ensure that all participating vendors align with the mission and values of The Foodie Fest.

Terms & Conditions

This application is intended ONLY for organizations offering services, resources, or education that support autistic individuals and their families.
By submitting this application and participating in The Foodie Fest, the organization agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Mission Alignment

The Foodie Fest is an autism-awareness and acceptance–centered community event. Participation is reserved for organizations whose services, values, and practices support autistic individuals, neurodivergent communities, and their families in a respectful, ethical, and inclusive manner.

The event organizers reserve the right to approve or decline any application based on mission alignment.

2. Community Partnership & Fees

Participation is offered free of charge as a community partnership. No vendor or booth fees are required.

This opportunity is extended intentionally to highlight organizations that positively contribute to the autism community. Participation does not guarantee future acceptance at other events.

3. Representation & Conduct

Community Partners agree to:

• Represent their organization professionally and respectfully

• Avoid harmful, discriminatory, or stigmatizing language

• Engage with attendees in a manner that prioritizes dignity, consent, and inclusion

Any behavior deemed inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the Event’s values may result in removal from the Event without notice.

4. Marketing & Promotion

Community Partners may distribute informational materials related to their services.

Sales tactics, aggressive solicitation, or pressure-based engagement are not permitted.

All materials must be appropriate for a family-friendly, community-focused environment.

We ask that you help with promotion for the event by creating a Reel leading up to the event, to highlight that you will be in attendance of The Foodie Fest. The reel must highlight who you are, what you do,  what the foodie fest means to you, and how important it is to have the community show up.

5. Setup, Space & Materials

Each Community Partner is responsible for:

• Providing their own table setup and materials (electricity, etc...)

• Arriving on time for setup and breakdown within designated hours

• Leaving the space clean and free of debris

6. Liability & Insurance

Community Partners participate at their own risk and agree to hold harmless The Foodie Fest, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Event.

7. Photography & Media

By participating, Community Partners grant permission for photos or videos taken at the Event to be used for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes by The Foodie Fest, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Cancellations & Changes

If a Community Partner is unable to attend, they must notify the Event organizers as soon as possible.

The Foodie Fest reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, layout, or participation requirements as needed.
