About the application
This form is for all parade groups to apply for participation in the 2026 NWA Pride Parade.
All applications require payment at the time of submission. However, if your application is rejected, we will refund your entry within seven business days.
Each parade entry requires a separate registration. Please do not combine groups or unregistered candidate election campaigns unless you have explicit instructions from NWA Equality's staff. Combining groups causes check-in issues and complicates the parade lineup.
Confirmed event sponsors should contact Richard Gathright at info@nwapride.org for information regarding parade and vendor spaces related to their sponsorship agreement.

Prices
| Nonprofit Organizations | $10.00 | Nonprofit organizations include groups under IRS 501, such as municipal, county, state, and federal units. Advertisements for for-profit enterprises are prohibited. |
| Community Group | $10.00 | Community groups are informal associations that enhance our community but are not incorporated. |
| Educational Groups | $10.00 | Educational groups are departments, activities, or employee resource groups linked to academic institutions. |
| Political Groups | $150.00 | Political Groups include ballot committees, parties, political action committees, or lobby groups. Each campaign must register separately. Please do not combine unregistered candidate campaigns with other organizations. Current officeholders can RSVP to info@nwapide.org to join the "Local Elected Officials" group, but campaigning is prohibited within it. In accordance with IRS electioneering guidelines, candidates for public office are ineligible to register as a standalone parade entry. |
| For-Profit Business | $150.00 | For-profit businesses are public and private companies that sell goods and services for investor profit, including retailers, bars, and restaurants. |
| Official Parade Groups | $10.00 | Official Parade Groups are limited to those organized by NWA Equality and require prior authorization. This is likely not your group. |
