Call for Musicians –2026 2nd Saturday Market Days
We are excited to announce that we are now booking musicians to join us during 2nd Saturday Market Days!
Event Dates: Sept 12, October 10, November 14

Performance Times:
Saturday 10 am - 11:30 am
11:45 am - 1:15 pm
1: 30 pm - 3:00 pm
We are seeking fun, upbeat, family-friendly musicians
⏱ Performance Guidelines:
Each performance will be 1 hour and 30 minutes long, with a 15-minute setup time in between. Full equipment set up will be provided under a tent on the Downtown Georgetown Courthouse Lawn. Bring your instrument and plug in!
Performers are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure they are ready for their scheduled time.
Exceptions may be made for special performances previously discussed with our team.
Time slots will be assigned by our team. Performers will have the option to request AM or PM, but final scheduling will be determined by us. You are welcome to apply for multiple dates.

Terms & Conditions – Music Performer Application
2nd Saturday Market Days
By submitting an application to perform at 2nd Saturday Market Days, hosted by the
Downtown Georgetown Association (DGA), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Application Fee
No application fee is required.
2. Event Participation
The Downtown Georgetown Association reserves the right to accept or refuse any applicant at its
sole discretion. This is a volunteer performance opportunity, and performers will not be
compensated for their participation.
3. Application Deadline
All applications must be completed and submitted no later than August 28 to be considered for
September, September 25 to be considered for October, and October 30 to be considered for
November. Late applications will not be accepted.
4. Approval & Communication
Once approved, all communication will take place exclusively through Eventeny. Personal
emails will not be used as a form of communication. Performers are responsible for checking
Eventeny messages regularly for updates and instructions.
5. Performance Guidelines
Performances will be 1 hour and 30 minutes in length with a 15-minute setup time between
acts. Performers must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled performance time.
Performance time slots will be assigned by the Downtown Georgetown Association. Performers
may request AM or PM time slots; however, final scheduling is at the discretion of the
organizers.
6. Cancellation
If you need to cancel your performance date, please provide at least 7 days’ notice via
messaging through Eventeny so the spot may be filled.
7. General Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions. By attending Downtown Georgetown Association (DGA) events, you
grant permission for DGA to use photographs and/or video taken during the event for
promotional, marketing, and communication purposes in print, online, and on social media,
without compensation or additional consent.
