The Fair Oaks Community Garage Sale will take place on May 30, 2026 from 8AM-12PM at Fair Oaks Park.
This application is for a full-size booth space, equivalent to two parking spaces. Spaces are approximately 15’ x 14’, though sizes may vary. Early bird pricing is $40 (plus processing fees) if reserved by April 30. After April 30, the price increases to $45.
Terms & Conditions
Profits generated from this event are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for lack of generated profits or low event attendance. Booth spaces will be chosen and paid for ONLINE once your application has been approved. You may purchase a maximum of two (2) spaces per application. Spaces are first come first served. Be sure to read through the entire "Community Garage Sale Terms, Conditions, & Details" pdf. attached to this application prior to applying.
