Plans are underway for the 99th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival® Parades. The Firefighters’ Parade will take place on Friday, May 1 at 6:00 p.m. The Grand Feature Parade, will be held on Saturday, May 2 at 1:30 p.m.
We strive to present the very best appearance for the Winchester–Frederick County community and appreciate your cooperation in helping us do so. You will find the rules and regulations in this application.
If you are interested in participating, please complete the application. Official car applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Should applications exceed capacity, you will be notified.

Terms & Conditions
By participating as an Official Car Driver in the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival® Parades, drivers agree to follow all Festival rules, regulations, and instructions from parade officials and law enforcement.
Drivers acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume all responsibility for their vehicle and any passengers. The Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival®, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to individuals or vehicles arising from participation in the parade.
Failure to comply with Festival guidelines may result in removal from the parade.
