Content Creator Badge Application

Zenkaikon Entertainment, Inc. is pleased to offer Content Creator Badges to qualified social media content creators and influencers covering our convention for 2026. Content Creator Badges are only available through this application and are not available on-site. 

Content Creator Application: Who It's For

The Content Creator Application is for independent creators and online media producers whose work reaches audiences through digital platforms. Eligible applicants typically include:

• Bloggers and online writers
• Vloggers and YouTube creators
• Social media influencers
• Podcasters and livestreamers
• Content creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, or similar
• Independent online publishers and community media voices

Creators should have an active online presence and produce original content relevant to our convention and its primary audiences.

• Complimentary Admission to all three full days of Zenkaikon 2026
• Complimentary Admission to Thursday Night
• Programming/Early Badge Pickup
• Access to the Vendor/Exhibit Hall, Panel rooms, Video Gaming / Tabletop Gaming rooms, and Programming / Special Events
• Easy access to a Staff Liaison for questions and concerns

Being accepted as a Content Creator does NOT allow you to interview our Guests.

Content Creator Badges are at the discretion of Zenkaikon. They are evaluated on several criteria, including but not limited to the audience reach, past coverage of Zenkaikon, and past status as an approved Content Creator Badge holder. You may also request an additional badge for an assistant. 

Content Creator applicants should have:

We generally look for at minimum 10,000 followers/subscribers on at least one platform. We will consider applicants below this number in select circumstances. If you are below this number, you may apply, please explain why you believe an exception should be made in the 'why are you interested' section. 

Please note the following rules and restrictions:

• Content Creators are expected to abide by all Zenkaikon convention policies and follow all directions from Zenkaikon staff
• Content Creator Badges allow complimentary access during all public hours only
• Content Creator Badges do NOT allow early access
• Content Creator Badges do NOT provide priority in lines or seating
• Content Creator Badges do NOT guarantee you autographs from guests or affect autograph pricing in any way
• Content Creator Badges do NOT guarantee/grant you an interview Guests
• Content Creator Badges are non-transferrable; any attempt to loan, sell, or otherwise distribute your badge will result in its being revoked and your disqualification from future Content Creator Badge considerations
• Content Creator Badge holders may not solicit attendees for payment in exchange for services during the convention
• Content Creators are requested to send links of any coverage of the Zenkaikon 2026 convention to press@zenkaikon.org within 45 days following the convention. Failure to do so will influence future Content Creator applications.

Content Creator Badges must be picked up at the convention; please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when picking up your badge(s).
