Firefighters’ Parade – Friday, May 1, 2026 (6:00 PM step-off) A beloved tradition honoring our local heroes, the Firefighters’ Parade features fire and rescue units from across the region, along with vibrant community groups, performers, and more. It’s a festive evening full of energy and hometown pride in the heart of Old Town Winchester.
Grand Feature Parade – Saturday, May 2, 2026 (1:30 PM step-off) The signature event of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival®, the Grand Feature Parade brings thousands to the streets of Winchester for an unforgettable celebration. With colorful floats, special guests, community organizations, and plenty of fanfare, it’s the highlight of the weekend and a true showcase of tradition and spirit.
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, all parade units agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and instructions set forth by the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival®. Participation is subject to approval, and the Festival reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
All participants assume full responsibility for their personnel, equipment, and vehicles and agree to hold the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival®, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in the parade.
Failure to follow Festival guidelines or directions from parade officials may result in removal from the parade without notice.
