Our private suites offer one of the most immersive and comfortable ways to experience the Championship. Each suite includes a combination of prime outdoor terrace seating and a climate-controlled indoor lounge, giving your group an exceptional view of the show while enjoying a private, elevated experience.
Suite highlights include:
- Prime outdoor seating for up to 20 guests with direct views of the fireworks
- An additional 10 indoor suite seats, with space to comfortably accommodate up to 36 total guests
(we recommend around 20 guests so everyone enjoys an optimal view and experience) - All food and non-alcoholic beverages included
- Private suite access throughout the event, perfect for entertaining clients, hosting a group, or celebrating with friends and family

Terms & Conditions
International Fireworks Championship – Ticket Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets (“Tickets”) for the International Fireworks Championship (“Event”), produced by Blast Events, LLC (“Event Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a Ticket, you (“Ticket Holder,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. All Sales Final; No Refunds or Exchanges
1.1 All ticket sales for the International Fireworks Championship are final.
1.2 Tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or dissatisfaction.
1.3 There will be no compensation or replacement for lost, stolen, or destroyed Tickets.
2. Rain or Shine Event
2.1 The Event will occur rain or shine.
2.2 Weather conditions, including but not limited to wind, rain, heat, or temperature fluctuations, shall not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange.
2.3 The Event Organizer may modify programming, delay start times, or implement safety protocols due to weather without obligation to provide refunds or compensation.
3. Event Schedule & Lineup Subject to Change
3.1 All programming—including performances, fireworks displays, world record attempts, and entertainment—is subject to change without notice.
3.2 Such changes shall not entitle Ticket Holders to a refund or credit.
4. Admission & Entry
4.1 Each Ticket admits one person to the Event on the date(s) indicated.
4.2 Ticket Holders must comply with all posted and announced venue rules, security procedures, and gate requirements.
4.3 The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke entry to any individual for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms without issuing a refund.
4.4 Re-entry policies will be determined by the venue and may change without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Items & Behavior
5.1 Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, drones, outside alcohol, laser pointers, and any item deemed unsafe by security personnel.
5.2 Disorderly, disruptive, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.
5.3 All Ticket Holders are subject to security screening, including bag checks and metal detection.
6. Photography, Video, & Media Release
6.1 By entering the Event, you grant the Event Organizer the right to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness.
6.2 Such media may be used worldwide, in perpetuity, in any promotional or commercial capacity without compensation.
7. Assumption of Risk
7.1 Attendance at a pyrotechnic event involves inherent risks, including loud noises, bright flashes, smoke, and debris.
7.2 By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event, including personal injury, illness, property damage, and exposure to fireworks-related effects.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Organizer, its partners, vendors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or liability arising from or related to:
Attendance at the Event
Acts of other attendees
Weather conditions
Venue operations
Fireworks performances or effects
Transportation or parking incidents
8.2 In no event shall the Event Organizer’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the Ticket.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 The Event Organizer shall not be liable for delay, cancellation, or modification of the Event due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:
weather emergencies, acts of God, labor disputes, government orders, public safety concerns, venue damage, terrorism threats, or supply chain disruptions.
9.2 In such circumstances, the Event Organizer may, at its sole discretion, issue credits or offer alternative arrangements; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
10. Ticket Transfers & Resale
10.1 Unauthorized resale of Tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
10.2 Tickets may only be transferred or resold through platforms approved by the Event Organizer or the ticketing provider.
10.3 Counterfeit or invalid Tickets will not be honored.
11. Parking & Transportation
11.1 Parking policies are established by the venue and are subject to change.
11.2 The Event Organizer is not responsible for theft, damage, or incidents involving vehicles or property in parking areas.
12. Compliance with Laws & Venue Rules
12.1 Ticket Holders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
12.2 Additional venue-specific rules may apply and are incorporated by reference.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Acceptance of Terms
14.1 Your purchase, possession, or use of a Ticket constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
14.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use a Ticket.
