Creators After Dark 2026 - Maid Café Application

Temptation Teahouse is an 18+ interactive lingerie maid café where volunteer maids will entertain guests through games, performances, and will be able to sell fun one on one interactions with guests that they personally choose. The focus is on charm, personality, sexiness and creating a fun atmosphere for our patrons.

If you are a content creator, this is a great opportunity to interact with your fans, sell interactions and potentially gain new ones.

All volunteer maids will receive a Creators After Dark volunteer badge and will be expected to work the minimum required volunteer hours.

All Maids will be required to purchase this maid apron (https://a.co/d/dNS8VUj).

Each maid will be assigned a color based on their personality and archetype. The lingerie worn under the apron must match the assigned color. Maids are encouraged to personalize their look by accessorizing their apron and hair with items in their color theme, such as buttons, bows, pins, patches, or embroidery.

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the participation of all volunteer maids (referred to as "Volunteers" or "Creators") in the "Temptation Teahouse: Creators After Dark" event (the "Event"). By accepting a Volunteer role, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility & Volunteer Commitment

• Age Requirement: All Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older by the date of the Event. Valid government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in.
• Voluntary Status: Participation as a maid is strictly voluntary. Volunteers are not employees, independent contractors, or agents of the Event Organizer.
• Minimum Commitment: Volunteers agree to work the minimum required volunteer hours as specified in the separate Volunteer Agreement (e.g., shifts, setup, or breakdown duties). Failure to meet this commitment may result in the forfeiture of benefits, including the Creator Badge.
• Event Focus: Volunteers agree to uphold the focus of the Event, which is charm, personality, sexiness, and creating a fun atmosphere for patrons (Guests).

2. Conduct & Safety Guidelines

• Professionalism & Respect: Volunteers must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor toward Guests, Event Staff, and other Volunteers at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Dress Code: Volunteers must adhere to the approved lingerie/maid uniform/costume guidelines. Outfits must comply with all local public decency laws and the Event Organizer's specific wardrobe guidelines.
  Zero-Tolerance Policy (Explicit Content): The Event is intended to be interactive and sexy, but not explicitly sexual. Any activity, performance, or interaction that constitutes illegal, non-consensual, or explicit sexual conduct is strictly forbidden.
• Photography/Videography: Volunteers and Guests must abide by the Event's stated photography policy (to be defined separately). Volunteers are responsible for communicating their personal boundaries regarding content capture.
• Intoxication/Substance Use: Volunteers may not consume alcohol, illegal drugs, or be visibly intoxicated during their scheduled volunteer hours.

3. Financial Interactions & Tax Liability (Cautionary Consideration)

• One-on-One Interactions (Sales): Volunteers have the right to personally choose and sell non-physical, time-based one-on-one interactions (e.g., private games, dedicated conversations, specialized performances) to Guests.
• Financial Autonomy: Volunteers are solely responsible for setting the prices, conducting the transactions, and collecting payment for any interactions sold. The Event Organizer takes no percentage of these sales.
  Creator Earnings & Tax Implications:
• Volunteers acknowledge that any income generated from selling interactions is considered personal income.
  Volunteers are individually and solely responsible for reporting all income earned and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal tax laws (including potential self-employment taxes). The Event Organizer will not issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-NEC) for these personal sales.

4. Intellectual Property & Creator Rights

• Content Creator Opportunity: The Event is promoted as an opportunity for content creators to interact with fans and gain new ones.
• Volunteer Content Ownership: Volunteers retain all rights to the original content they create (e.g., photos, videos, written works) before, during, or after the Event, provided it does not infringe upon the intellectual property of the Event Organizer or venue.
• Event Content Usage: Volunteers grant the Event Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, and image (captured at the Event) for the purpose of promoting future "Creators After Dark" or "Temptation Teahouse" events.

5. Limitation of Liability (Resource Commitment & Legal)

• Assumption of Risk: Volunteers acknowledge that participation in an interactive, adult-themed event carries certain risks, and they voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.
• Indemnification: Volunteers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its staff, and the venue from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their breach of these T&Cs or any negligent or willful misconduct.
• Event Cancellation/Changes: The Event Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule, modify the format, or cancel the Event for any reason. If the Event is cancelled, the Organizer's liability is limited to any pre-paid fees (if applicable).

6. Termination of Participation

The Event Organizer reserves the right to immediately terminate a Volunteer's participation and remove them from the premises for any violation of these T&Cs, especially regarding conduct, safety, or legal compliance, without compensation or recourse.
