About the application
Our Press Program is open to approved media outlets, photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators interested in covering the event. Approved press will receive complimentary access for the purpose of reporting, creating content, and sharing the event with their audience.
Please note that press access is limited and not guaranteed. All applicants must provide clear examples of previous work and planned coverage.
Terms & Conditions
Use as your T&C section:
• Press access is granted at Zimmad Events’ discretion; approval is not guaranteed.
• Complimentary press badges do not include autographs, photo ops, priority seating, or backstage access.
• Filming/photography of guests may be restricted based on guest contracts.
• Interviews must be pre-approved; walk-up interviews are not permitted.
• Press may not obstruct walkways, disrupt programming, or interfere with paying attendees.
• No livestreaming of full panels or paid events.
• Zimmad Events may revoke press credentials at any time for policy violations.
• Submission implies agreement to all press guidelines.
