A Hallmark Christmas Lighted Christmas Parade, all entries must be lit and please no Santa's be cause he comes in last with a meet & greet.

Lighted Christmas Parade Rules
Event Date: December 6, 2025
1. Lighting Requirements:
- All entries must be fully illuminated.
- No Santas allowed,** as Santa is reserved for the final spot.
- Get creative! Battery-operated lights and clip-on mini lights work great. Please ensure your lights stay off until the parade starts so we can witness their full glow.
2. Theme:
- This year’s theme is “A Hallmark Christmas.”
- You are encouraged to create your own seasonal theme while maintaining a cohesive look with costumes and decorations. Judges will be looking for creativity.
3. Insurance Requirements:
- Evidence of insurance must be submitted with your parade application.
- All floats and motorized vehicles* submit proof of insurance.
- Liability limits:
- Floats and motorized vehicles: minimum $300,000 combined single limits.
- Equestrians: minimum $100,000 combined single personal liability (homeowner's or renter’s policy declaration page is sufficient).
- **Note:** Submit a copy of your insurance policy’s declaration page.
4. Safety Notice:
- No candy or items may be thrown. Handing out candy is allowed, but do so cautiously as it will be dark, and we want to prevent accidents.
