About the application
Approved groups will host and operate their own Maid/Butler Café inside the event. Groups must be fully self-contained and provide all décor, props, staff, and materials.
All paid café sessions will operate under a 50/50 profit split between the Café Group and Zimmad Events.
Space, tables, and chairs are provided based on availability.
Terms & Conditions
• Café groups must provide all supplies, décor, props, and materials.
• All interactions must remain PG-13 and family-friendly.
• Groups must arrive fully prepared to set up and run their café without additional support.
• Zimmad Events provides space only (tables/chairs as available).
• No outside food service unless approved by venue (no selling food).
• No liquids, loose glitter, or messy props unless pre-approved.
• Groups must follow setup/teardown times and staff instructions.
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
• Zimmad Events may adjust scheduled times or space layout as needed.
Revenue & Profit Split
• All paid Maid/Butler Café sessions operated during the event will follow a 50/50 profit split between the approved Café Group and Zimmad Events.
• Groups must track sales accurately and provide end-of-day/session reporting.
• Groups agree to use payment methods approved by Zimmad Events to ensure accurate revenue splitting.
• Failure to comply with revenue reporting will result in removal from the event and forfeiture of payment.
