Entertainer

This application will guide you through the process of applying to be a street performer at Acworth Art Fest. Street performers may be musicians who play acoustic or other string instruments, mime performers, balloon twisters, juggling, magic, stilt walkers, etc. You must supply your own equipment, including a tent, table or chairs (if necessary), power and amplification. Due to the nature of the event being an art festival, we will restrict the amplification volume so as not to interfere with the artists and their customers. We will provide a suitable location and may choose to have you shift locations depending on the amount of time you perform. You will be required to upload a short 30-second video or a link to your recorded video in the application. You will not be able to apply without it.

The application fee of $10 is non refundable. You will be paid up to $25 per hour with a four hour minimum. You may solicit for tips. Splash Festivals, Incl will not be liable for hourly payments if the event is canceled for any reason.Splash Festivals, Inc. will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, or any cause above and beyond the control of the festival. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By your participation in this Festival, you agree that neither Splash Festivals, Inc. nor its agents or representatives nor the City of Acworth will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the participant, the participant's agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause. Participants should obtain, at their own expense, any insurance they deem necessary.
