Santa Dash Request Form

On Sunday, December 14th and Monday, December 15th, Santa will be available to visit your home! Each visit typically lasts about 5 minutes. Please fill out the request form to request a visit to your home. We will also be collecting non-perishable food items for those in need in the area if you would like to donate, however, a donation is not required. 

1. Residence must be inside of the Town of Elberta fire jurisdiction. If you are unsure that you are within the jurisdiction, send a request and we will let you know.
2. Visits will take place on Sunday 12/14 and Monday 12/15 from 6:15 PM - 9:30 PM both days. 
3. We usually receive requests to visit subdivisions and apartment complexes as well, and we ask residents at those locations to please coordinate with others in your neighborhood when requesting which date you would like a visit. Typically, we will stop at a central location in the subdivision or complex instead of going to multiple houses or apartments. When these subdivision/apartment stops are scheduled, we will post the information on our Facebook page so that everyone in those areas can be easily informed as to when and where we will be and not miss out. We will post this information the evening of Saturday, December 13th.
4. You will receive a text message in the morning on the day of your scheduled visit that will give you an estimated time that Santa will arrive at your home that evening. The actual times can vary a bit due to weather, emergency calls, and other factors, but they are generally fairly accurate. When Santa is departing the stop before your residence, you will receive an automated text message notifying you that you are the next stop, and you will also receive a link to track his live location.
