About the event

Wassailfest is an annual tradition in downtown New Braunfels, bringing the community together to kick off the holiday season. Enjoy free wassail tastings, festive lights, and live music from local school choirs while sampling unique recipes from businesses, non-profits, and organizations. Wassail is a traditional German holiday beverage consisting of a warm, spiced apple drink, cranberry juice, orange juice, and other spices and flavors.
