Get ready to duck, dip, dive, and donut! Join us for a day full of fun, friendly competition, and community spirit at the Dodgeball & Donuts Tournament!

Form your team of 7–10 players and compete for glory in this high-energy dodgeball showdown. The team registration fee is $100, and all participants must be 18 or older to play.

But it’s not just about winning on the court — we’ll also be awarding prizes for Best Dressed Team and Most Spirited Team, so bring your creativity, costumes, and team pride!

The tournament champions will take home the ultimate bragging rights (and a sweet prize to match).

Feeling hungry for even more fun? Test your stomach strength in our Donut Eating Competition, open to all participants and spectators!

Eligibility

All participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

Each team must have between 7 and 10 players.

Assumption of Risk and Safety Responsibility

Participation in dodgeball and related activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other potential injuries.

By participating, all Players acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in the Event and assume full responsibility for their own health and safety.

Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating and agree to release the Event organizers, sponsors, and venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the Event.

It is the responsibility of each team to play safely and follow all Event rules and directions provided by Event staff.

Media Release and Photography Consent

By participating in the Event, Players grant the Event organizers and partners permission to capture, record, and use photographs, videos, and other media of the Event, including individual and team images.

Such media may be used for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes in print, digital, and social media formats without further consent or compensation.

Code of Conduct

All participants agree to maintain good sportsmanship and respectful behavior toward other teams, officials, and event staff.

Teams that engage in unsafe, unsportsmanlike, or disruptive behavior may be disqualified without refund.

Refunds and Cancellations

This is a rain or shine event. Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of Event cancellation by the organizers.

Event Modifications

The Event organizers reserve the right to modify rules, schedules, or prizes as necessary for safety or logistical reasons.

By submitting a team registration and/or participating in the Dodgeball & Donuts Tournament, each Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
