The Media Representative is granted access to the event with the following exclusions:
- Best Seat Ticket
- Media T-shirt ( If approved before March 5, 2026)
- No access to the backstage area.
- No access to the VIP area.
Terms & Conditions
By accepting and using a Media Pass issued by the Fayetteville Dogwood Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Purpose of Use
The Media Pass grants access for the purpose of photographing and/or recording the Fayetteville Dogwood Festival for approved media coverage only. It does not grant permission for commercial use, resale, or redistribution of content without written consent from the Dogwood Festival Foundation.
Conduct
All media representatives are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward attendees, vendors, performers, and staff. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate revocation of media credentials.
Access
The Media Pass allows entry to general festival areas unless otherwise restricted. Access to backstage, VIP, or vendor-only areas is prohibited.
Use of Content
The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival may request copies or access to selected photos or footage for promotional or archival purposes. Media partners agree to share digital files via Google Drive or Dropbox by emailing info@thedogwoodfestival.com.
Credit and Tagging
When posting images or videos to social media, media partners agree to tag or credit in all related posts.
Revocation
The Dogwood Festival reserves the right to revoke or deny media credentials at any time for noncompliance with these terms.
