Christmas Parade Entry
About the event
About the application
Join us on December 6th as we kick off the holiday season with a festive parade through downtown Obetz! Santa and his merry crew will spread holiday cheer as they make their way through town, and we invite you to be a part of the magic.
Decorate your vehicles, floats, or even yourself, and join us in the march! Let’s light up the streets with holiday spirit and creativity. The parade will conclude with a joyful celebration at Junction Park. Don’t miss this chance to spread some cheer and be part of the fun!
Parade staging will be at the Obetz Community Center (1650 Obetz Ave) and Chillicothe Street. Please enter the lot through Obetz Ave to be directed to your staging location. Individuals being dropped off to ride on your float can be dropped off in the Community Center lot, but parking will be extremely limited.
Exact departure time will be announced as we get closer to the event, but the plan is to depart at 5:00 PM (dependent on the number of vehicles entered)
Please note that Santa costumes are prohibited for participants, as the official Santa will be featured in the parade already.
