About the event

This event is for applications spanning multiple events during the 2026 season, such as permanent vendor applications, cast applications, performer applications, media pass, and special appearances. For event specific applications, such as vendor and employment applications, please refer to those events. Arkansas’ first permanent Renaissance Festival, this immersive event brings to life the sights, sounds, and spirit of a 16th-century European village. We have worked hard to bring together live jousting, enchanting performances, artisan vendors, and medieval feasts so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We will be open every weekend in September and the first weekend of October. Our festival is a celebration of history, fantasy, and, most of all, community. Wander through our marketplace filled with costumed characters, musicians, and storytellers, all ready to share their talents and tales with you. With plenty of activities for children and adults alike—archery contests, a Kid’s Zone, and interactive theater—you’ll find adventure at every turn. For history enthusiasts, fantasy lovers, or anyone simply looking for a day of unique entertainment, the Arkansas Renaissance Festival offers an unforgettable experience for the whole family. About the application

Application for organizations interested in partnering with Arkansas Renaissance Festival for our Nonprofit Partnership Program.  Accepted organizations will receive a personalized code and landing page describing their organization for people to purchase tickets through.  Organizations will receive 10% of tickets sold through these methods after 10 tickets sold, increasing to 20% after 50 tickets are sold.
