Cosplayer Highlight Program

Are you a cosplayer who crafts their own cosplays? 

Toon Fusion is proud to introduce our Cosplayer Highlight program. This is a chance to win an invitation to come out to our event and show off those crafting skills. We will even be promoting the winner's attendance on our socials.  Local cosplayers regardless of following are invited to apply for a chance to win a free weekend pass to our event. All you have to do is apply. 

Each contestant must submit two (2) cosplays for evaluation.
Every entry must be at least 50% hand-crafted by you, or verifiably modified at 75% or higher.
To keep things fair and transparent, all entries must include craft notes or build details explaining your process.

    Applications missing build notes will not be accepted. (If you built it, show it off!)

Contest Structure

• If fewer than 20 entries are received:
  • Monday, March 16th, 2026: Preliminary eliminations will take place. Five (5) entries will advance and will be contacted to provide a digital build book.
    • Monday, March 23rd, 2026: Final results will be announced. Two (2) contestants will receive free weekend passes to the event.
• If 20 or more entries are received:
  • Monday, March 16th, 2026: Preliminary eliminations will take place. The top 50% of entries will advance and will be contacted to provide a digital build book.
    • Monday, March 23rd, 2026: Final results will be announced. 20% of total entrants will receive a free weekend pass to the event.

Applying does not guarantee selection or complimentary passes.
This is not an official guest invitation.
Participation is duty-free. You’re not required to attend panels or programming.
This program exists to spotlight the area’s most exceptional cosplayers and celebrate the art, talent, and passion that bring fandoms to life.
