Food Truck Vendor Guidelines
Entry Fee / Deposit
Once accepted, a non-refundable fee of $1,200 is required to secure your space.
Payment must be received by March 2, 2026.
Insurance Requirements
Each vendor must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance that meets the following criteria:
a) Certificate Holder

b) Additional Insured
Macon Georgia’s International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. must be listed as Additional Insured with respect to any liability arising from the vendor’s participation in the Cherry Blossom Festival.
c) Cancellation Clause
The certificate must state that the insurance policy will not be canceled or reduced in limits without at least 30 days’ prior written notice, delivered by certified mail to the Cherry Blossom Festival.
Check-In & Set-Up
Food truck spaces are assigned by Cherry Blossom Festival staff on a first-come, first-served basis.
Set-up may begin no earlier than Friday, March 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM, unless otherwise approved.
All food trucks must be fully set up no later than 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
Trucks must be ready for Health Department and Fire Department inspections by 8:00 AM on Saturday.
Food Trucks Only
Only businesses operating from self-contained food trucks are eligible to participate.
Tents, pop-up stands, trailers, and any other non-truck setups are not permitted.
This policy ensures consistency in vendor operations and enhances the overall guest experience.
Security
The Cherry Blossom Festival assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to any vendor property or merchandise during the event.
Presentation & Operations
All food trucks must be completely self-contained.
All business activity must take place within the assigned vehicle space only.
Solicitation, canvassing, flyer distribution, or roaming sales outside your designated area are not permitted.
All vehicles must be removed from the front of vending areas by 9:30 AM each day.
Vendors must post menu prices clearly and visibly on or within their truck.
The consumption of drugs or alcoholic beverages by vendors, employees, or volunteers within the vending area is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the event without refund.
No water, grease, or other liquids may be dumped or drained onto pavement. All waste must be properly contained and disposed of in designated receptacles.
Each truck must have a hood suppression system to pass fire inspection.
Vendors must comply with all Macon-Bibb County Health Department food service guidelines.
A temporary food service permit will be issued by the Health Department inspector on Saturday, March 28, 2026, before operations begin.

Load-Out
Load-out may not begin before 7:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
All vendors must be completely packed and the area vacated by 9:00 PM on Sunday.
Food & Beverage Sales
All beverages sold must be purchased on-site from the local Coca-Cola Bottler in Macon.
Only Cherry Blossom Festival and Coca-Cola approved beverage products may be sold.
Vendors may sell only the menu items listed on their approved application. Unapproved or additional menu items will result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of fees.
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
Vendors are responsible for paying Georgia State Sales and Use Tax on all gross sales, in accordance with state and local regulations.

- Menus must be pre-approved by the CBF in order to avoid duplication of product being sold at the event. - FORCE MAJEURE. I understand and agree that neither Macon Georgia's International Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., nor I (the “parties”) will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond the Party’s reasonable control: natural disasters or acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in market prices or conditions, or (c) a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereund
- By checking the box below, I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to complete and submit all necessary forms and applications to the Department of Public Health, Macon-Bibb Fire Department, Georgia State Sales and Use Tax Department, Coca-Cola and any other persons working alongside the Cherry Blossom Festival for the execution of this event. I understand that if I don't adhere to all of the required documentation by the deadline(s), the $1,200 fee will be non-refundable under any condition.

I understand that any group or organization that fails to adhere to these rules and regulations will, at the decision of the Cherry Blossom Festival, be asked to vacate the premises immediately and not be allowed to participate in future festival events.
