Entertainment Terms & Conditions
All performers (bands and/or DJs) must be approved by Food Truck Festivals of America (FTFA) prior to participation. Acceptance is based on event needs, availability, and suitability for the festival atmosphere. Once approved, an FTFA staff member will contact you directly with scheduling and setup details.
Performance Times
Performances are scheduled between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on festival days. Exact time slots will be assigned by FTFA and are subject to change based on event flow and logistics. Performers must arrive at least one hour prior to their scheduled set time.
Equipment & Setup
Performers are responsible for bringing all necessary instruments, DJ equipment, sound gear, and extension cords unless otherwise arranged with FTFA in advance. FTFA will provide standard stage space and electrical access. Any additional setup requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.
Sound & Volume Control
FTFA reserves the right to monitor and adjust sound levels at any time during the event to ensure compliance with local regulations and a balanced experience for all vendors and attendees.
Payment & Compensation
All compensation (if applicable) will be outlined in writing by FTFA prior to the event. Performers who cancel within 14 days of the event may forfeit payment and future participation eligibility.
Promotion & Media Use
By participating, performers grant FTFA permission to use their name, logo, photos, video, and likeness for promotional purposes before, during, and after the event without additional compensation.
Conduct & Compliance
Performers must act in a professional and respectful manner toward FTFA staff, vendors, and attendees at all times. FTFA reserves the right to remove or cancel any performance for unprofessional behavior or non-compliance with event policies.
Weather & Cancellations
All FTFA events are rain or shine. Performances may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to severe weather or safety concerns. No refunds or additional compensation will be issued for weather-related changes.
Liability & Safety
FTFA is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any personal or performance-related equipment. Performers must comply with all local safety, fire, and electrical regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your application and/or confirming your performance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Entertainment Terms & Conditions in full.
