By participating in the Parade, you agree to the following:
Acceptance: Participation is subject to approval. The Parade Committee may remove any participant at its discretion.
Safety & Conduct: All participants must act safely, follow instructions, and comply with laws.
Liability: Participants are responsible for their own safety. The Festival is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage.
Media: By participating, you consent to photos or videos of your participation being used for promotional purposes.
