Tekko/Sangawa reserves the right to accept or decline panel applications for any reason. Panels & Workshops at Sangawa are reimbursable at a rate of $20 per hour of content (to be divided among the presenters at the discretion of the Head Panelist) up to the cost each individual paid for their badge. After the con finishes, cash reimbursment is no longer available. After a week from the con closing, electronic reimbursment is no longer availabe and your reimbursement is forfeited.
