Cosplay Guest Application

Guest Rules:

1. All guest cosplays must be based on an anime  character. (I.E. No original characters, and no characters not featured in an anime such as video games, non-anime movies, etc)  

2. Costume must be worn by the cosplay guest.   

3. No hate speech, racist, sexist, or prejudice in cosplay of any kind.  

4. No nudity or performance of sexual acts.

5. No excessive drinking or drug use permitted during the day of show. All guests must arrive and remain sober and coherent while present for the event.  

6. No weapons. Any weapon like props must be approved in advance.  

7. No bullying of any kind to the other contestants, panelists, staff, or concert attendees.

8. All guest spots include 2x comped tickets to their respective Anime Night event. Any additional spots must be purchased at retail.  

9. Cosplay guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to doors when possible to pick up badges and get to know the venue space.

10. Cosplay guests are not required to stay for the whole event, but we request that guests engage in the full event. We want you to stick around and have fun!get to know the venue space.

I release, waive, and forever discharge and hold harmless Mossdeep Entertainment, and it's partners and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, and/or causes of action of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, for death, injury, property damage, or loss ("Claims") which may arise from or related to my participation in or in connection with Anime Night and it's Cosplay Exhibition.

I grant and convey unto Mossdeep Entertainment all right, title, and interest, including all copyrights, in any and all photographic images and all writings or video or audio recordings made or created, in whole or in part, as a part of my participation in or in connection with Anime Night.
