Brewery / Alcohol Vendor Terms & Conditions
1️⃣ Participation & Approval
All alcohol vendors (breweries, wineries, distilleries, cideries, or beverage companies) must be approved by Food Truck Festivals of America (FTFA) prior to participation.
Once accepted, vendors will receive an official “Congratulations” email confirming participation and next steps.
All FTFA events are rain or shine.
2️⃣ Licensing & Compliance
All participating alcohol vendors must hold valid and current state and local licenses or permits required to sample and/or sell alcoholic beverages at the event.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations, including but not limited to:
Proper age verification for all guests consuming or purchasing alcohol.
Adherence to pour size and sampling limits as set by local and state authorities.
Compliance with all health, safety, and fire codes.
All participating breweries must either be licensed for self-distribution or have an established relationship with a licensed distribution company authorized to deliver and handle their product for the event.
Copies of all relevant licenses must be uploaded to your Eventeny application prior to the event.
3️⃣ Sampling & Sales
Unless otherwise specified, alcohol vendors are permitted to sample and/or sell products only within their assigned booth or pouring area.
Vendors may not distribute alcohol outside the designated event footprint or beyond posted festival hours.
Over-pouring or serving visibly intoxicated guests is strictly prohibited.
Samples must be served in appropriate disposable tasting cups and in compliance with local serving size restrictions (typically 2–4 oz).
FTFA reserves the right to monitor service practices to ensure compliance and safety.
4️⃣ Insurance Requirements
All alcohol vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that includes:
General Liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Liquor Liability coverage.
Food Truck Festivals of America, LLC listed as Additional Insured.
Full COI wording and address requirements can be found in your Eventeny application.
Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the event. Vendors without valid insurance will not be permitted to participate.
5️⃣ Arrival, Setup & Breakdown
Load-in instructions, site maps, and assigned spaces will be provided in your official Load-In Email before the event.
Vendors arriving after the stated cut-off time may forfeit their space and will not be permitted to enter.
Vendors must remain fully set up and operational for the entire duration of the festival — early breakdown is not permitted.
All booth areas must be left clean and free of debris at the end of the event.
6️⃣ Conduct & Responsibility
All alcohol vendors are expected to act in a professional, courteous, and responsible manner toward staff, attendees, and other vendors at all times.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all staff members are 21 years of age or older and properly trained in responsible serving practices.
FTFA reserves the right to remove any vendor for unsafe, unprofessional, or non-compliant behavior.
Vendors removed from the event forfeit all fees and may be prohibited from future participation.
7️⃣ Force Majeure
FTFA shall not be held liable for the delay, interruption, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
