Sponsor shall pay HSTI the Fee in exchange for the Sponsorship. Except as otherwise specified on the Sponsorship Application, all Fees shall be due and payable with the Sponsorship Application. Advertising of sponsor shall not commence until paid. The organizer agrees to promote the sponsor where it can; The organizer agrees to use the sponsor's logos in certain ways. The organizer agrees not to disparage the sponsor and the sponsor agrees not to disparage the organizer. The sponsor agrees to promote the event.
