Are you an established, recognized creator with a substantial public following? Consider to be featured on our Guest roster for Creators After Dark 2026!

This is the application for industry talent and adult creators who wish to discuss a personalized appearance package with exclusive on-site amenities.

Benefits can include dedicated signing areas, private handlers/escorts, travel/accommodation coverage, appearance fees, and starring roles in main programming and meet-and-greet events. We are committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and highly profitable appearance that respects your boundaries—including your social comfort level in fast-paced convention environments.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which will form the basis of any subsequent Guest Appearance Contract:

1. Contract Status and Compensation
   • Independent Contractor: I understand that if selected, my relationship with Creators After Dark, LLC will be that of an Independent Contractor. I am solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including income tax and self-employment tax.
   • Tax Compliance: I agree to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 to Creators After Dark, LLC prior to receiving any compensation (including appearance fees, stipends, or high-value perks). Creators After Dark, LLC will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC for all eligible payments totaling $600 or more.
   • Compensation: All fees, stipends, and compensation details discussed are subject to final negotiation, written agreement, and the fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
2. Compliance, Safety, and Publicity
   • Age Requirement: I certify that I will be 18 years of age or older on the first day of the Event (April 3, 2026).
   • Policies: I agree to strictly adhere to the official Creators After Dark Code of Conduct and 18+ Content Policies in all professional and public interactions related to the Event.
   • Image Rights: I grant Creators After Dark, LLC the right to use my name, likeness, professional biography, photos, and video clips from the Event for promotional and marketing purposes, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.
   • Cancellation Policy: I understand that any appearance contract will contain a material cancellation clause requiring timely notice and potentially the repayment of any advanced fees or expenses if cancellation is not due to a verifiable force majeure event (e.g., medical emergency).
3. Liability and Governing Law
   • Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creators After Dark, LLC, the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel, and their respective staff from any and all claims, demands, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from my actions, products, or professional services during the Event.
   • Governing Law: This application and any resultant contract shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
