Have an idea for a fan Meetup? Want to get the whole cosplay crew together in our cosplay lounge? This application will allow you to submit for a time slot to host a cosplay/fan meetup. You would be running this meetup, so make sure to include all of the relevant details! Some people plan games, photoshoots, card/trinket trading, etc, so it's always good to come up with something fun for everyone to do! Once submitted, we will review each submission for consideration at the convention.
Terms & Conditions
Each submission will be reviewed for consideration at the show by our team. We will reach out to everyone, regardless of whether they are accepted or not, to inform them about their status. Once we have made our decisions, we will schedule all meetups and update hosts about their time slots. Meetups do not provide badges. Any and all hosts and/or participants will need to purchase passes for the convention in order to attend.
