Creators After Dark 2026 - Panelist/Programming Application

Creators After Dark is seeking industry professionals and experienced community members to host and moderate panels within our 18+ programming track.

Do you have deep expertise in monetization, creator safety, business ethics, platform mechanics, or adult fandom niche skills? This is your chance to step into an engaging role, teach your peers, and shape the content that defines the weekend.

We look for unique, engaging, and professional presentations that empower the adult creator community. Successful applicants are compensated with a complimentary Creators After Dark 2026 Panelist badge.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Compliance and Conduct
   
   • Age Requirement: I certify that I will be 18 years of age or older on the first day of the Event (April 3, 2026).
     Code of Conduct: I have read, understand, and agree to strictly abide by the official Creators After Dark Code of Conduct and 18+ Content Policies in all aspects of my participation, both on and off the clock.
   • Termination: Creators After Dark, LLC reserves the right to remove me from the schedule and the premises without compensation if, in the sole judgment of event staff, I violate any policy or engage in unprofessional conduct.
2. Panel Content & Recording Rights
   
   • Originality: I certify that my panel content is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or copyrights of any third party.
   • Recording & Usage: I grant Creators After Dark, LLC and its partners the irrevocable right to film, record, photograph, and otherwise capture my likeness and the content of my panel/presentation for post-event marketing, archival, and promotional purposes in perpetuity, without further compensation.
3. Status and Liability
   • Non-Employee Status: I understand that my role as a Panelist is that of a Volunteer/Contributor and does not constitute an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer relationship with Creators After Dark, LLC. I am not entitled to wages, benefits, or employment rights.
   • Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creators After Dark, LLC from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from my acts or omissions while participating in the Event.
   • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
