Committee members shape Cincinnati Pride 2026. Please share the roles that interest you, your skills, and any accommodations or supports that help you participate.Upon application review, a member of our team will reach out to you via email to schedule a virtual interview.
We center inclusion of women, BIPOC and Indigenous communities, LGBTQIA+ and queer folks, trans and nonbinary people, disabled and neurodivergent community members, and people with lived experience.

Mission Statement
The purpose of Cincinnati Pride is to provide the Greater Cincinnati LGBTQIA+ community and our allies a forum that promotes inclusion and acceptance while affirming individuality. We produce programs that inspire, educate, and commemorate our rich history while celebrating our diverse culture. We foster collaboration with organizations and businesses through sponsorships, partnerships, and programming, and provide resources that positively impact the lives of all people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.

We are committed to an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. Note: Cincinnati Pride is an all-volunteer organization and does not have employees.
Committee Expectations
By applying you agree to: follow the Cincinnati Pride Code of Conduct and applicable laws, attend meetings and complete role responsibilities, communicate openly if you cannot meet a commitment, and uphold our values of equity, safety, and accountability.

Safety and Liability
All members are expected to contribute to a safe environment free from harassment or harm. Cincinnati Pride reserves the right to remove committee members whose behavior is unsafe or harmful (e.g., physically, emotionally, reputationally, legally, financially), or for any other reason. Participation is voluntary. By applying, you release Cincinnati Pride, its officers, directors and volunteers from liability for ordinary risks associated with volunteer service, except as required by law.
Transparency
Applying does not guarantee placement. Roles are filled based on interest, capacity, representation, and the needs of the committee.

- Pride requires all committee members to support event setup June 24–27 2026, festival and parade day Saturday, June 27, and cleanup Sunday, June 28. Are you able to commit to these dates?
- The Planning Committee meets at least once per month in person roughly from January through June 2026 in Cincinnati. Can you commit to attending monthly meetings?

We provide information, support local economic growth by partnering with the community to attract individuals to the Greater Cincinnati area, collaborate with other organizations through outreach programs, citizen involvement, and events, and educational resources to those inside and outside of the LGBTQ community.
