Welcome to the 2026 San Antonio Highland Games!

Highland Games competition information

All 9 events will be contested at the 2026 San Antonio Highland Games.

Multiple classes will be competing at the same time. 

• Sign-ins will be at 8:00a
• Raising the Sheaf and WoB standards will be at 8:30a
• Competition will start at 9am.

Saturday, March 28th

Competitors will be from the following classes.

Men's A

Men's Masters 40-49

Women's Open

Women's Lightweight

Sunday, March 29th

Men's B

Men's C and Novice

Men's Master 50-59 & 60+

Women's Masters

Classes will be divided if they exceed 10 competitors.

Competition Rules and expectations:

1. All athletes, with the exception of Novice competitors, MUST wear a KILT. You will receive a T-shirt with your entry if entered before the deadline on March 21st and you will be required to wear it on the field.
2. All Decisions of the Judges and Athletic Director are final. NASGA/SHA rules will be used for judging.
3. The Athletic Director (AD) has the sole discretion to move athletes between classes as well as change the order or cancel events.
4. Athletes will be expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a friendly and respectful attitude toward the public, officials, and other competitors.
5. There is NO SMOKING on or around the athletic fields.
6. Any entry received after the March 23rd deadline will have a $10 additional fee and must be approved by the AD. T-shirts cannot be guaranteed for late entries.
7. Entries received online will receive an email confirming the entry to the 2026 San Antonio Highland Games.
