All events will be held on Saturday, 8 November 2025
Registration Deadline Monday 3 November 2025 – NO late registrations, NO field entries
Event day on-site registration begins at 9:00 AM
Dancing starts PROMPTLY at 9:15 AM
Gate/check in open from 7:30 AM on November 8

Dancing Competition Entries Must be Registered no Later than November 3, 2025.

EVENT ENTRY PAYMENT:

$10 PRIMARY
$35 BEGINNER, NOVICE AND INTERMEDIATE
$45 PREMIER

Remember both your registration and payment should be submitted before the 3 November deadline. $5.00 of the registration fee will go to the Southwest Region.

Order of Events

1. Registration (sign-in) begins at 9:00

2. Dancing starts PROMPTLY at 9:15
3. BEGINNER, NOVICE AND IMTERMEDIATE and PREMIER classes begin immediately following lunch break at approximately 1:00 PM

Dancing Competition Rules and Regulations

1. R.S.O.B.H.D. Rules govern all events

2. Dancers MUST compete in one section only, AGE applies as of day of competition.
3. Age groups will be determined upon the number of entries received.
4. Medals will be awarded for each age group.
5. No trophy awarded in the PRIMARY Class.
6. "Dancer of the Day" will be danced off by all 1st place winners in the PREMIER Class. (Dance to be decided by the judge.)
7. All dancers must show their 2025 R.S.O.B.H.D. Registration cards the day of the competition.

Competition Awards & Entry Fee

The entry fee must be submitted by midnight, November 3, 2025
$5.00 per entry will go to the Southwest Region
Medals awarded for all groups, except Premier will receive CASH Awards
Trophies awarded for Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, and Premier
Special Awards -
Most Promising Beginner
Novice and Intermediate dancer trophy will be awarded
(Judges decision)
Trophy for "Dancer of the Day" will be danced off by all 1st place winners in the Premier age group
