Performance Contract Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered into on this _20__ day of ______Saturday____, 2025, by and between:
Extreme Dreams Events (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer")
and
Elvis-Brad Rouse (hereinafter referred to as "Artist").

Date: Sunday, May 10th, 2026
Location: The Colonnade, 264 Catoosa Cir, Ringgold, GA

### 1. Performance Details
Artist agrees to perform live musical entertainment at the GA Country Summer Festival 2026. The performance will showcase the Artist’s talent and entertain festival attendees.
### 2. Compensation
- Artist will receive 20% of ticket sales directly generated by their promotion or sales efforts.
- Artist will be provided with one complimentary meal voucher redeemable at designated food vendors during the event.
### 3. Responsibilities
- Organizer will provide necessary stage, sound equipment, and technical support.
- Artist agrees to arrive at least 1 hour prior to performance for sound check and setup.
- Artist is responsible for providing their own instruments and any special equipment not provided by Organizer.
### 4. Promotion
- Artist agrees to assist in promoting the GA Country Summer Festival 2026 through social media, public appearances, and other communication channels to maximize attendance and ticket sales.
### 5. Ticket Sales
- Artist will track and report all tickets sold in association with their promotion.
- Payment of 20% commission from ticket sales will be remitted to Artist within 14 business days after the conclusion of the event.
### 6. Meal Voucher
- Artist and up to _1__ (number) band members will receive one free meal voucher each, valid during the event.
- Meal vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
### 7. Cancellation
- Either party may cancel this Agreement with written notice at least 14 days before the event date.
- If Organizer cancels the event less than 14 days before the performance, Artist will still receive 20% of any tickets sold through their promotions.
### 8. Liability and Insurance
- Artist agrees to perform at their own risk and hold Organizer harmless from any claims arising from Artist’s participation.
- Artist is responsible for their own insurance, transportation, and accommodations.
### 9. Agreement Acceptance
By signing below, both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid out in this Agreement for a successful and enjoyable GA Country Summer Festival 2026.
