• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #001 | Dream Con requests authorization to submit/share your Creator Program profile and application with official event partners/sponsors offering in-kind or monetized campaigns and programming opportunities if/when they become available. No agreements, contracts, or binding documentation will be executed without the full input and consent of the creator. NOTE: Neither general submitted applicants or approved members are entitled to guaranteed compensation or complimentary goods and services due to their affiliation with this program.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #002 | Name Registration and Age Requirement: All applicants expressing interest via this form must be eighteen (18) years of age by date of submission to participate in this program. On-site event coordinators will require a valid photo ID be presented upon arrival on-site to receive your badge either directly by the creator or via a secondary representative such as an agent, assistant, or manager whose contact information must be communicated and verified in advance of pick-up.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #003 | EVENT DISCLAIMER: Per the policy outlined on the website and each badge’s product description, all badges must be picked up on-site at the venue with a valid photo ID. Please ensure the first name and last name listed above are entered as they appear on a valid photo ID. Our registration area is only permitted to verify and distribute tickets/badges to the names as they appear on the valid photo ID. This verification is only for registration. Any desired aliases may be used after pick-up. If a group would like to experience the rewards/benefits of this program together, each person must submit their own individual applications for review and approval by the Dream Con event leadership. All personal information is for administrative purposes ONLY.
• APPLICATION POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #004 | Dream Con does not offer complimentary travel, flights, or compensation for selected submissions via this form. It's the responsibility of each individual to research, confirm, procure, and purchase their own accommodations if they intend on appearing on-site at the event.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #005 | BENEFITS PACKAGE: 1.) Complimentary creator badge with standard access for all days of Dream Con during normal hours of operations 2.) Collaborate with Dream Con marketing team on pre-event digital strategy for various initiatives: giveaways, virtual showcases/spotlights and more if needed. 3.) Access to Creator Lounge with entertainment, limited food & beverage etc. during standard operation hours of the convention. 4.) Exclusive invitation(s) for nightlife activities/programming. 5.) **Please see Dream Con website for full details.** NOTE: ALL PERKS/REWARDS/BENEFITS OF THIS PROGRAM ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT STAFF DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #006 | TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This is an exclusive opportunity with limited availability and therefore BADGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO EVERY QUALIFYING APPLICANT. Like all attendees, creators must adhere to the general rules and policies established by Dream Con and the hosting venue(s) both on-site and via the internet. The benefits of this badge are limited solely to the personal use of the approved member that it was distributed to by Dream Con staff. The privileges of this badge are non-transferable and DO NOT extend to any additional individuals or groups associated with the aforementioned approved member. Each person must possess their own Dream Con staff-approved creator badge to participate in this program and redeem its perks. Recipients of this badge are NOT registered/classified as official talent of Dream Con. Recipients should not behave or present themselves as such in person or online.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT #007 | This application is configured solely for individual creators. If you would like to have multiple members of your group/organization/ensemble (e.g. photographer, videographer, producer, co-host, assistant etc.) experience this initiative it is recommended for each person to submit their own standalone application to The Creator Program. The potential approval of this application does not inherently/automatically grant additional approvals or multiple badges related to The Creator Program
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #008 | Members of the CREATOR PROGRAM are not entitled to talent-related accommodations including, but not limited to, the green room, travel, lodging, per diems, security detail, advertisement/promotion etc. CREATORS are not entitled to guaranteed sponsorships, partnerships or any financial compensation from Dream Con, RDCWorld or related affiliates/stakeholders but can opt in to potential opportunities by designating that via the question on this application. Violation of these terms and conditions will incur infractions up to and including being permanently banned from Dream Con and related events. Each badge is valid only for the year/duration of the event for which it is issued and then expires. Persons must inquire or reapply for consideration each year/new event to renew their eligibility. Returning members are not guaranteed renewed eligibility in subsequent years.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #009 | If selected for The Creator Program, other badge types that are purchased/acquired before, during, or after a candidate receives an application status update will not be refunded. If not selected for The Creator Program, there may not be a subsequent, dedicated opportunity for rejected candidates to purchase a standard badge (whether sold-out or not.) Applicants that anticipate purchasing standard badges as an insurance policy to ensure attendance should assess this risk and understand these scenarios before applying.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #010 | Social Media Metric Suggestions: As a reminder, Dream Con does not require a specific threshold of followers or engagement to apply for this program however there are certain threshold/benchmarks outlined within the application which are highly-recommended to achieve before applying to increase chances of approval.
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT #011 | The event leadership recommends applicants pursue the following metrics/benchmarks to be prepared for this opportunity: *INSTAGRAM: 2K followers, *TIKTOK: 10K followers *TWITTER/X: 7K followers *YOUTUBE: 4K subscribers *TWITCH: 2K followers
• APPLICANT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT #012 | The Creator Program is currently in a BETA Launch therefore perks, rewards, guidelines, and criteria may be added, removed, or updated on a rolling basis at staff discretion.
