Itasha Application

Do you have an AWESOME Itasha vehicle that you would like to show off at our event? Submit your vehicle to be displayed with us below! All Applications will be collected by December 1st and Juried to see if they fit our guidelines! All Applicants will be notified by December 7th whether or not their vehicle has been chosen for Display in our Exhibition Hall throughout the weekend!

By Submitting your Application you agree to the following Conditions.

-Your Car will be on display in Anime Weekend Atlanta's Gaming Hall for the Duration of the event. You will not be able to operate your vehicle for the duration of Anime Weekend Atlanta. Drop Off will be December 17th and 18th, 2025 Pick Up will be December 21st, 2025 

-Your Car must be in good working condition free from damage that may cause leaks or spills. 

-Your Car's Design will not be altered in any way from the time of submitting your application to the event. IF the design has been changed, your car may no longer qualify for display on the show room floor.

 -Itasha Designs should be rated PG; if your design is 18+ your car will need to be enclosed with pipe and drape. You may provide this, or AWA can rent it to you.

- Liability & Risk Acknowledgment: Anime Weekend Atlanta and its organizers, partners, or affiliates are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur to your vehicle or personal property during transport or display. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that there is inherent risk involved in displaying your vehicle at a public event and that you accept full responsibility for any such risks.
