Whether you shred on stage, drop killer beats, spit fire bars, or bring the drama with a cosplay cabaret we want YOU at TOON FUSION. We’re now taking performer applications, and we’re looking for bold, hype, unforgettable acts that’ll light up the weekend.

Anime, gaming, pop culture, chaos? Bring it. Stage is yours if you can handle it.

Guidelines

To receive a complimentary badge, your application must first be approved via email. Please note that submitting multiple applications does not guarantee approval for all submissions. Our policy provides one (1) complimentary badge and one (1) assistant badge per approved performance. Additional passes are not provided for multiple performers submitted by the same applicant, though exceptions may be made. For groups, a maximum of six (6) complimentary badges will be provided if approved, regardless of the number of performances. 

ToonFusion reserves the right to adjust the length of your submitted performance. When planning your performance, please allocate at least 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for tear down, though exceptions may be made.

Terms ands Conditions 

Submission & Approval:
Submit detailed, on-time applications. Approval is not guaranteed and will be confirmed via email. Badges are issued only after approval.
Complimentary Badges:
Approved applicants receive 1 performer and 1 assistant badge. Group limit: 6 badges total. Multiple submissions do not earn extra badges (exceptions possible).
Equipment Use:
Only basic AV/video equipment is provided. Applicants may not operate equipment. Bring your own HDMI cables, audio gear, tv’s, screens, or media players if needed. Damages are the performer’s responsibility.
Content & Schedule:
Stick to your submitted content. TOON FUSION may adjust performance durations. Plan for 15 minutes setup/teardown before and after your slot.
Conduct:
Maintain professionalism and respect. Inappropriate behavior or content may result in cancellation and badge forfeiture.
Compliance:

TOON FUSION may update rules at any time.                                                         Submission implies agreement to all guidelines.

Liability Policy

General Liability:

TOON FUSION and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or inconveniences experienced by panelists.
Personal Injury:

Participation is at the applicant’s own risk. TOON FUSION is not liable for injuries or medical emergencies.
Property Loss/Damage:

Attendees are responsible for their personal property. TOON FUSION is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
Equipment & Technical Issues:

Only basic AV/video equipment is provided. TOON FUSION is not responsible for technical issues or malfunctions. Applicants must bring their own supplementary items and will be held liable for any damage they cause to provided equipment.
Content & Conduct:

Applicants are solely responsible for the content they present and must comply with all laws and guidelines. TOON FUSION is not liable for disputes or legal issues related to content or conduct.
Event Modifications:

 TOON FUSION may change or cancel event elements, including schedules, without notice and is not liable for resulting costs or inconvenience.
Indemnification:

 Applicants agree to hold TOON FUSION and its affiliates harmless from any claims or damages arising from their participation, including those related to injury, property, or content.
By participating, panelists agree to all terms outlined in this liability policy.
