Sponsorship Application

Whether you are a small business, established brand, or industry partner, our sponsorship opportunities are designed to provide value, visibility, and engagement.

By becoming a sponsor, you’ll align your brand with one of the most vibrant fandom events in the region!

All applications will be reviewed and contacted by one of the Board of Directors who will be in contact with the brand. Please allow a week between submission and initial reach out 

Eligibility

• Sponsors must represent a legitimate business, organization, or brand.
• WeebCon reserves the right to deny applications that conflict with our values or community standards.

Brand Standards

• Sponsor content (logos, banners, promotional materials) must be family-friendly unless approved for 18+ only designated areas.
• No content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity will be allowed.

Placement & Visibility

• Sponsorship benefits (e.g., logo placement, shoutouts, booth space) will be determined based on the sponsorship package selected.
• WeebCon reserves the right to adjust placement, scheduling, or promotional visibility if necessary but will consult with Brand point of contact prior to doing so. 

Payment

• Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the agreed-upon deadline.
• Sponsorships in-kind are welcomed and can be an opportunity upon request.

Use of Logos & Branding

• Sponsors grant WeebCon permission to use provided logos, images, and brand names in promotional materials.
• Sponsors may not use WeebCon’s branding with prior written approval and with approved Marketing Kit materials.

Liability

• WeebCon is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property during the event.
• Sponsors assume all risks associated with their participation.
