Code of Conduct

1. Performers must adhere to the WeebCon's Code of Conduct at all times.
2. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the performance and possible removal from WeebCon.

Changes & Cancellation

1. WeebCon reserves the right to change panel times, locations, or technical availability at any time.
2. WeebCon may cancel the performance at its discretion due to emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or policy violations.

Liability & Indemnification

1. WeebCon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
2. Performers assume all risks associated with their event and agree to release WeebCon, its staff, and affiliates from liability.
3. Performers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weebcon from any claims resulting from their actions, conduct, or content.
