All Panels are subject to review by our Programming Committee and the Director of Events. All Panels must adhere to WeebCon's code of conduct, rules and regulations - which include and do not limit to the following:
Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age by April 3rd, 2026.
- WeebCon reserves the right to request proof of age or identification at any step in the panel process.
Panel Content & Conduct
- All panel content must be appropriate for the rating selected (All Ages or 18+).
- Misrepresentation of content may result in cancellation of the panel.
- Panels must not include hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language.
- Explicit content is permitted only in 18+ designated time slots and spaces.
- Content must comply with all applicable laws concerning: Incest, Sexual Assault, Rape, Child Porn..etc.
- 18+ Panels must enforce age restrictions by checking VAILD IDs at the door.
Approval & Scheduling
- Submission of a panel application does not guarantee acceptance.
- The WebCon Programming Committee reserves the right to approve, deny, or request edits to any submission.
- Accepted panels will be scheduled at the discretion of the Programming Team.
- Panelists may indicate preferences, but final scheduling decisions are made by WeebCon.
Panelist Responsibilities
- Panelists are responsible for their own setup, preparation, and materials.
- Panelists must arrive at least 1 HOUR prior to their scheduled start time to check in at the Info Desk to receive panelist packet - packet is expected to be returned or a fee may incur.
- If a Panelist is unable to attend, they must notify the Programming Point of Contact no less than 24 hours to panel time - failure to notify or attend panel will suspend any benefits or badges.
- Panelists agree to maintain good hygiene and professionalism during their presentation and interactions with attendees.
- Panelists agree to be sober and not under any influence of drug or alcohol while presenting their panel.
Technical Support
- Basic AV equipment (such as microphones, projector, or screen) may be provided depending on the venue. Specific requests must be made during submission.
- WeebCon does not guarantee access to internet or additional equipment unless otherwise stated.
- Panelists are responsible for bringing necessary adapters, cables, or backup files.
Attendance & Compensation
- If you host a Panel: You and a assistant will get 3 Day badge.
- Additional Complimentary badges may be offered at the Convention’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
- Travel, lodging, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the panelist.
- Panelists are not permitted to trade badges or be able to skip lines at any events.
Liability & Indemnification
- WeebCon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Panelists assume all risks associated with their panel and agree to release WeebCon, its staff, and affiliates from liability.
- Panelists agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weebcon from any claims resulting from their actions, conduct, or content.
Code of Conduct
- Panelists must adhere to the WeebCon's Code of Conduct at all times.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the panel and possible removal from WeebCon.
Changes & Cancellation
- WeebCon reserves the right to change panel times, locations, or technical availability at any time.
- WeebCon may cancel panels at its discretion due to emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or policy violations.
Agreement
By submitting a panel application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
