Performances Application (GDEX & Corgscon 2025)

Welcome to the GDEX 2025 Performances Application!

Do you have a fun act, show or other live performance that you would like to present on one of our GDEX stages? Applications are handled on a rolling basis, so we will look over them as they come in on a weekly basis and approve, decline, or hold for a later decision. Applications can be Accepted, put On Hold, or Rejected at any time for any reason. Accepted applications will be posted onto the schedule based on the time availability listed on the application.

NOTE: OUR PERFORMANCES SHOULD BE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND CANNOT BE SALES PITCHES.

Please make sure that your performance description contains all the information necessary for us to approve the performance, and the information you provide will be what's included on the app for guests to see, so please check it over for spelling and grammar as this is what will be transferred over to the public-facing system.

All participants and guests are expected to adhere to the GDEX Code of Conduct (www.thegdex.com/conduct) at all times. GDEX and staff reserve the right to restrict or remove guests at the event at any time for any reason if we believe the Code of Conduct has been violated or the health and safety of guests is in danger.
