Game Master / Run a Game

This application is for those wishing to run a game or event at Tsubasacon, this can be anything from a tabletop game to a full D&D Adventure. For GM’s and DM’s we offer a discounted badge starting at 5+ hours and a comped badge at 12+ hours. Pre-register your games using the form below. Email tsamuel@tsubasacon.org if you have any questions! Please note you can’t combine GM / DM reimbursement with any other reimbursement. 

1. Compensation and Badge Policy:

   • Game runners who commit to running at least 12 hours of game sessions during the convention will receive a discount code to purchase a convention badge at a 100% reduced rate.
   • Game runners who commit to running at least 5 hours but less than 12 hours of game sessions during the convention will receive a discount code to purchase a convention badge at a 25% reduced rate.

2. Verification of Hours:

   • Hours of game sessions will be verified based on the schedule provided by the game runner. Game runners must accurately report their actual hours of gameplay.

3. Discount Code Distribution:

   • Upon acceptance of their application and commitment to run games, game runners will receive a discount code for their badge via email.

4. Responsibilities of Game Runners:

   • Game runners must adhere to the convention's code of conduct and rules throughout their sessions.

5. Cancellation and Non-compliance:

   • If a game runner fails to fulfill their committed hours without prior notification and approval from convention organizers, they may forfeit their discount code and any future opportunities to be a game master at the convention.

6. Modification of Terms:

   • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the convention organizers.
