About the application
Classes are to be held in the 4H Education Building at the Howard County Fairgrounds. The room set up includes rectangular tables, and folding chairs. There are electrical outlets and restrooms in the Edcuation Building. Teachers will also have access to the vendor hospitality area where we have beverages and snacks - also located in the 4H Education Building.
Terms & Conditions
By signing this agreement, you accept the following:
1. You will notify the Festival Committee immediately (festival@marylandalpacabreeders.org) in the event that an emergency should prevent me from meeting my obligation.
2. You will arrive no less than 30 minutes before my class time to set my room.
3. You authorize the Festival to use the information I have provided to promote the class and the festival. (Note: Email addresses are not shared with anyone outside the committee)
4. You authorize the Festival to take pictures during my class for use on Facebook, Instagram, and any other social media platform they choose.
5.MAFF and MABA (Maryland Alpaca Breeders Association) will collect an additional 20% fee on top of your per person class rate.
6. MABA will collect the registration fee and will mail you a check after the event.
