The Cherry Blossom Festival is proud to host inclusive, community-focused events for all of Macon-Bibb and Middle Georgia. As part of our commitment to accessibility and education, we offer free admission to:
- Organizations that provide services and support to individuals with disabilities
- K–12 school groups visiting the Festival
How to Apply
- Eligible visiting organizations and schools must complete the application below and specify the preferred date of attendance. Free admission to visiting groups is only offered Monday through Thursday, March 23–26, 2026.
Admission Guidelines
- Free admission is provided for residents, students, and individuals supported by the organization, as well as staff or faculty with valid ID.
- For student groups: One chaperone per five students will receive free admission. Additional chaperones or children not part of the designated student group will be required to pay the regular $10 admission fee.
- Large facilities or organizations requesting to attend multiple days must submit a separate application for each date.
Deadlines & Confirmation
- Applications are due by February 27, 2026.
- If approved, a Festival team member will contact you to confirm the date and provide a PDF document with important check-in details including:
- Number of attendees
- Name of the on-site group supervisor
- Confirmed visit date
- Parking information
